Saffron Housing Trust was formed in 2004 when 4,300 homes were transferred from South Norfolk Council. Since then they have developed new homes and now manage over 6,600 properties.
As a Trust they:
- commit to provide quality homes and services to the people of Norfolk and Suffolk.
- provide affordable homes for those in housing need who cannot afford to rent or buy in the open market
- offer specialist homes for older and vulnerable adults.
- remain committed to providing new homes to help solve the housing crisis
